  TSUNAMI SWEPT OUT OUR DEAREST

A powerful earthquake and tsunami waves smashed Indonesia on Sunday, the worst affected area was Banda Aceh, the capital of Aceh province, where 1,400 had been killed.

It said that magnitude of 9 on the Richter scale and the tsunami was 9 meters high, how powerful was the nature strike it. Deep grief for the families lost..

hi Meg
I'm ok.. the location is far away from ours. we are in island of Java meanwhile the earthquake location is on the north of Sumatra near Thailand. this is the death toll from Indonesia
I feel sad too to see the victim, and the tsunami is 9 mtr high, and it swept out all the living near the beach.. thank you Meg for worrying us, we are ok..

  TOUR de MUSEUMS

Although they didn't greet me yesterday (hari ibu) but I still love them, and because I love him I would like to take him to an adventure, he is in year end vacation now.. usually I ask another kids from my neighborhood, but they are not on vacation, so I just could get 2 kids and my son.

And because I'm not the kind of 9-5 employee so I can arrange my time to take the kids to the "tour de museum". Here was my plan, I would like to take them by busway to FATAHILAH MUSEUM, and then to WAYANG MUSEUM and then to MUSEUM GAJAH, so my friend and I parked our car at PLAZA SENAYAN, and then we take busway to Kota, and then we walked a long the side walk to reach the museums..

In our daily time we are rarely take public transportations except taxi, so they were really enjoyed "the ride and the walk along the side walk" stuffs, but it was really a horrific experience to walk along the street of Jakarta, the vehicles were brutal (I should say that), especially the damn motorcycles, ouch they almost hit us when we crossed the street .. and the side walk isn't friendly to the pedestrians.  I learn a lesson today, we could explore our city if the public transportations are good, and there are some interesting places in Jakarta that we could introduce to our kids not just malls.. so tomorrow we would to take them to another interesting place such as Ragunan Zoo, Widyanto clay or outdoor activities for kids at Sentul..

look at the size of the side walk, so damn small..

  THE REAL SOAP OPERA

How can the polices focus on their more important job if they are always disturbed by these dumb celebrities who keep reported about their marriage problems, one day he reported about his wife had committed adultery. He accused her of having an affair with "a former government official". and another day he reported about his wife having two id cards, and another annoying reports.. to the police..

Hi why don't you just solve your problem alone... we are really annoying by your "cheap soap opera show off".. The man is not proper as a legislative assembly, how he could handle people's problems while he couldn't handle his own family?.. And for the wife : "hi you have opened a frontal battle, so face it now.. don't just hide behind your mental depression " arghhh 2@#&6%... Is marriage value has changed now? They used in love each other and now they fight each other..

  COOKING RELEASE STRESS?

A long time ago when I was young, I usually  did the shopping to release my stress, but since I'm a lil bit mature (mature or run of money?) and a lil bit know about cyber, so now cooking and blogging are release my stress.. but I avoid to make cake, and others lil stuff like cookies, because I don't have a patience to do that.. and this weekend I'm ready to cook and go to the traditional market uhh I love traditional market..

I better cook for 50 peoples than make one glass jar of cookies.. and I love when my kids yelling at me :" ibu I am hungry please make me a pizza or twister " or I sent my pizza to my neighbor, or helped my friend by providing food when she make a party.. but then my problem is I can't stop eating arraggh... @#$56!"a*#~

  I WANT MY PRESENT SANTA....

If I remember this, I would laughing out loud, how I was so desperado to get a present from Santa.. I was sent to a Catholics school since I was in a play group till my junior high school, yes at that time the best school in town were Catholic school, actually we are Moslem..

I was in 3rd grade of elementary school and my age was about 8 yrs something when I knew about Christmas, when December was on the way, my friends always talked about present from Santa, they always got a present from Santa in December, and I asked them how to get the present, they told me, that I had to be good behave, provided a bunch of grass for Santa's deer and then wrote a letter to him and told what I wanted for my present.

So since then I always did what my friends told me, when December came.. collect green good grass, be a good girl, and wrote him a letter.. I put them all at the corner of my room.. the next day when I woke up I didn't find anything, but my stuffs, but when I was in school, all my friends were happy and told about what they got.. I just could only sat and heard their story.. and so the next December I did the ritual they told me.. still nothing else at my room's corner..

And the mystery become very clear to me when I was in 6th grade, no wonder they always got the present because they were celebrate CHRISTMAS, they are Catholic, and all the presents were come from their parents not from Santa.. *sigh I was really prepare for the grass, I took the grass from a field and I collected them in a basket*..

FOR MY FRIENDS WHO CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS, WOULD YOU MIND GIVE ME A CHRISTMAS PRESENT? SO I COULD FEEL THE AMBIANCE OF CHRISTMAS..EMAIL ME FOR MY COMPLETE ADDRESS

  CAMPING GROUND

What do you think about these photos? so green and beautiful... my son attended a PERSAMI an outdoor activity of his boy scouting, he really so excited to join this camping. And Sunday morning when we picked him at the camping ground, he looked dirty and  crumple, and I knew he didn't brush his teeth, and when I asked about it, he told me that the bath room/ toilet was so dirty and so the water.. "how can I brush my teeth with that dirty water" he said.. "so disgusting to see that toilet bu.."

It's so regretted they couldn't maintain the camping ground facilities very well, although the place is so green and cool, suited for camping.. we are famous for our "not so well maintain" ..

When we arrived at home I ordered him to take a bath and rubbed his body and brushed his teeth.

*fyi: it's located at Cibubur Bumi Perkemahan*

  A.T.M

The tellers always asked me : "Ibu why don't you pay this in ATM ?, it's cheaper than at a counter" and bla bla, it happened if I paid my credit card bill at a counter.. and my answer always "I DON'T HAVE ANY ATM CARDS" .. yes I don't have and I don't want to have an ATM card..

I don't like to be in a small space and have to remember what button should I push, I'm not good at remembering instruction, I can't follow instruction and the important thing is ATM is a one way transaction, no other person beside our self and the machine, and for me it's not accurate.

I like to come to the counter and let the teller greet me with her smile or ask me "how are you ibu?" and we can chit chat.. I don't want the machine swallow my card.. so far I can count on my credit card if I'm in a short on cash.. no problemo..

  PARENTHOOD

Some women are choose childlessness, for career or for "zero population" reason, but some are afraid of "the responsibilities of parenthood" thing. I had that reason too, when I married I was afraid of "the responsibilities of parenthood".. so I postponed to be a parent for 3 years, but when I had my baby in my third years of married.. my fear was unreasonable.. I was so happy.. and then ten years later I have my youngest kid. Now I regret my decision to postponed my pregnancy, because most of my friends now are enjoying their life without kid whining while I'm still have my 9 years old son to raise..but I'm enjoying my parenthood...
